Mindfulness for Kids book available for purchase! Mindfulness for Kids is a book written for children and their caregivers. These 15 stories and 30 engaging mindfulness activities bring mindfulness practices into daily life to help handle emotions and situations at home, at school and with friends. I have developed these activities out of my mindfulness work with clients, students and their families, and with guidance and inspiration from hundreds of educators around the world.
Fall 2018: 6-week Introductory Mindfulness Course - Free and Open to the public - at UVA's Clemons Library thru the Contemplative Sciences Center. The 2nd series will run from Thursday from Oct. 25th - Dec. 6th (no class held on November 22nd). No need to pre-register.
